The Northwich parkrun at Carey Park is a lovely course, all off road and well surfaced. It's two loops: a short one of just over a mile, then a longer one down to the River Weaver, through to Marbury Lane and up the hill towards Marbury Park before turning back.
Great for parkrun tourists, and a nice 5K any day of the week.
