I'm Simon Donnelly. I grew up in Kelsall, live in Sandbach, and I've been filming the places I walk and run since 2020.
Run Adventurer started as a way of sharing the countryside the way it feels to me: quiet paths, odd bits of history, big views and a pub at the end if I've earned it. Most routes are in Cheshire and the North West, with trips into the Peak District, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Wales, Cornwall and the Lakes.
I run some and walk some, and every route works as a walk. Each one has the film, a write-up, the start and parking, and a GPX you can load onto your phone or watch.
