Day two of the Sandstone Trail, Cheshire's classic 34 mile walk from Frodsham to Whitchurch. This stage runs from Willington, below Kelsall, down off the ridge, past Beeston Castle on its crag and Peckforton Castle in the woods, and over the Peckforton Hills to Bickerton.

It's the most dramatic section of the trail, with castles, woods and the Pheasant Inn at Higher Burwardsley just off the route.
