From the memorial to Cornwall's last known king, through ancient woodland to Golitha Falls and on to Siblyback Lake on the edge of Bodmin Moor.

In a quiet field near St Cleer stand two weathered stone shafts. One carries a worn Latin inscription asking for prayers for Doniert's soul: Dungarth, the last recorded King of Cornwall, who drowned in 875.
From the stone a short path and lane take you into Draynes Wood, where a leat path follows the River Fowey down to Golitha Falls, the river crashing over mossy granite in a deep wooded valley. It's a magical spot.
The route carries on to the peace of Siblyback Lake before heading back. Part history, part nature, and wholly Cornish.
