Sandbach 10K Route
The Sandbach 10K course from the rugby club, out round the lanes north of town. A good one to put in the diary.

Follow along as I ran the Sandbach 10K in 2022, and maybe give it a go next year. Ten kilometres is a good distance: a challenge if you're new to running, and a useful target if you're regular, because it makes you put some tempo and interval sessions into your training.
The course starts at Sandbach rugby club, heads out between the pitches and left onto Bradwall Road, and loops round the quiet lanes north of town. Outside race day it makes a nice training route.
