Delamere Forest at Dawn: Old Pale and Hatchmere

For Run Adventurer's second birthday I went back to where it began, Old Pale in Delamere Forest. I set off at 3am, ran up Old Pale in the dark and filmed the sunrise, then ran round the forest on paths I hadn't shown before.
From Old Pale you head down to the visitor centre and into the forest, past Blakemere Moss, and on to Hatchmere, a beautiful little lake on the edge of the forest. It's 8.5 miles as I ran it, or about 4.5 if you start from the visitor centre.
