The Congleton parkrun takes place every Saturday at Astbury Mere Country Park. Park at the visitor centre, head down to the mere and turn left until you reach a bench and a clump of trees on your left. That's the start line.
You run anticlockwise round the mere for three laps. Flat, friendly and scenic.
