Bangor to Caernarfon on the Wales Coast Path
From Bangor past Telford's Menai Suspension Bridge and down the Menai Strait to Caernarfon Castle.

The Wales adventure continues. For easy transport I started from Bangor city centre near the station and ran up the Holyhead Road to pick up where I'd stopped last time, at the Bangor City football ground.
It's another stunning section. You pass Thomas Telford's Menai Suspension Bridge from 1826 and follow the Menai Strait towards Caernarfon, through woods and along the shore, finishing under the castle walls. Sixteen miles.
