Abergele to Llandudno

Day one of my North Wales adventure: along the coast from Abergele through Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea to Llandudno.

Now and again it's good to have an adventure and lay down some memories. After running Prestatyn to Abergele in the summer, I thought: why not run right through North Wales? So this is day one, Abergele to Llandudno.

The coast path runs along the shore through Llanddulas, Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea, then round to Llandudno under the Great Orme. It's long, nearly 17 miles, but flat and easy to follow.
